What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is a Sanskrit word that translates to “the wisdom of life.” It is the 5,000 year old Natural Medicine of India. Some benefits are:
- Empowers you to know your body/mind type, live in accordance with that balance and take responsibility for your own health
- Considers you holistically (ie, your body/mind and spirit) and
- offers natural ways of treating diseases and promoting health

How can Ayurveda help me?
