What are your arms doing right now? Consider the myriad of ways we use our arms: to reach, embrace, balance, communicate, protect, release. They pull close what sustains us and let go of what no longer serves us. By design they should rest without effort. Arms are meant to hang! In this 3 hour workshop we will work to free the structures of and around the arms and free the lateral lines of the body to reframe how we interact with our environment and invite the world to play. This exploration grants us greater ease to create spiraling, twisting, arching shapes in our bodies.
