This special one-time class will cover the 5 movement “vitamins” presented by biomechanist Katy Bowman in the July issue of Prevention magazine. These five exercises are part of the Restorative Exercise program, which is a unique type of movement therapy that takes a whole-body approach to wellness.
In this class, you will receive detailed instruction on each of the 5 Restorative Exercises shown in Prevention. We’ll also layer on advanced variations & alignment that make each exercise even more effective at creating positive change in the body. These 5 key exercises will move every major joint in your body. When done regularly, they form the basis of a nutritious movement “diet”, and will help you move more easily and with less pain.
Class size is limited to 10 students to ensure everyone receives plenty of individual feedback.
