300-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training
YEAR-LONG PROGRAM

This teacher training is designed to be as nourishing to you, the teacher,
as it is challenging and evolutionary.

The krama (order, sequence) of each 20-hour weekend and our 5-day July Intensive has been mindfully organized to provide a healthy balance of practice, lecture, study, discussion, practicum and reflection. Consider this a year of yoga teacher graduate school worth the investment! Our alignment principles are rooted in the Anusara and Iyengar traditions, while we emphasize the life-affirming philosophy of non-dual Tantra. This particular curriculum was thoughtfully and heartfully designed to address the needs and challenges of living in the 21st century for the teacher, the student and our planet.
