WORKSHOP with Nicole Bratt & Lauren Pallay
Our culture is often avoidant and uncomfortable with and around grief, leaving those experiencing it feeling isolated and alone. Yet facing loss while held within a supportive community can give us access to personal power, as well as expanded connection and compassion.
Join Nicole and Lauren in honoring your grief through a restorative, engaging 3-hour workshop. In this space, you will practice gentle and Restorative yoga, bathe in a sound healing experience, spend time journaling, and learn about the process and effects of grief on the mind, body, and soul. We will co-create a group altar, share community support resources, and have opportunities to participate in discussion. Come explore how embracing your own sorrow can expand your resiliency as an alive being.
Dress comfortably in layers. Bring an eye pillow, a journal, your favorite writing instrument, and a closed lid beverage container. You are invited to bring a personal, symbolic memento for our shared grief altar.
Pre-registration required; space is limited.
*There are two need-based, discounted tuition scholarships available for this workshop. For more info, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
