The gentle flowing practice of Qi-Gong is a kind of moving meditation that enhances our awareness of the energy in our body and in the world around us. The movements of qi-gong mirror those of animals and nature and are designed to open the meridians, the energy pathways of the body.
Even a few minutes of morning practice will leave you feeling physically recharged and mentally calm and bright. In this workshop we will practice an easy, energizing sequence that you can adapt to suit your daily schedule. The workshop hand-out will include clear instructions and suggestions for varying the length of your practice according to the time that's available to you. No prior experience with Qi-Gong is necessary.
